First it was the Gospel of Judas and now the tomb of Jesus and his family with a son named Jude or Judah. Is anyone even the least bit suspicious about the number of so-called new discoveries about Jesus being funded by National Geographic that paint Judas and his name in a new light? From betrayer to savior and now Son. This is beyond coincidence in my opinion.

The “evidence” is not there – this is a big hoax and any real scientist would say that these so called facts are all smoke and mirrors. First Jesus was a very common name in his day as well as mary – (mary’s) there was no matthew in his family but there was a jude as well as a james who were his half brothers – these ostuary boxes were found in the 80’s and the scientists involved not only knew this but filed them away for 30 yrs – Bunk – but more basis for those who need Jesus to stay away – diabolical – one more thing they keep hyping DNA the only thing it could tell you is these people are all from the same family?? So what!

This is a good thing for christians. Now the world can see ourselves as all children of god and not that some mystical immacualte conception story. I’d rather Jesus was a buddy- the next door neighbor who got messed up with a “working girl” that just happened to notice (through years of philosophical study) that we are blessed to be here and to be thankful and take care of each other and the land that supports us.
I hope this doesn’t mess up Dobbs, Reed, and Falwell’s plan to take over the world in the new world order. This reaks of 2012! Yipee! Don’t tell the White house!

Well, looking at the Tabor (scholarly) material as promoted on amazon, we read:

Tabor begins with several exciting archaeological finds with which he was involved, including the discovery of a cave that might have been used by John the Baptist and the very recent discovery of a tomb with ossuaries that could be linked to Jesus’ family members.

and

the empty tomb narratives may contain an historical memory that the body had been removed (possibly by his brothers and sisters) from the temporary tomb of Joseph of Arimathea and reburied in an ossuary such as the one that has been discovered that possibly contains the remains of his brother James.

In short, Tabor doesn’t seem to be talking about the same “tomb situation” as Jacobovici and Cameron, but rather about the ossuary of James that was recently declared to be either a forgery or misinterpreted (don’t remember which.

So that means that the claimed “ten coffins” may be misleading advertising.

Jacobovici and Cameron claim that they have evidence of the exodus but I have dozens of scholarly works on the subject and it seems that there really is NO evidence of the Exodus as described in the Bible.

But, none of this is a surprise. Douglas Reed stated in his book, “Controversy of Zion” that one of the planks of the Zionist platform was the ultimate destruction of Christianity.

And that’s not to say that I think that Christianity, as it is formulated and promulgated is even close to truth. I am just noticing the interesting juxtaposition of ideas: Exodus is true, therefore Judaism is authentic vs. Crucifixion is false, therefore Christianity is bogus.

Well, it’s gonna be interesting. All the Christian Zionists support Zionism and Israel because they have in mind that they will initiate the eschaton: Jesus will return, and that they will ultimately convert the Jews and those they can’t convert will be “lost.” Meanwhile, the Zionists are moving steadily and relentlessly forward with their plan to destroy Christianity and rule the world with a “rod of iron” and they seem to have more “gung ho” as in control of the media: witness the accessibility of the networks to this kind of nonsense.
